Delhi – Haridwar – Gaurikund – Kedarnath – Badrinath – Rishikesh – Delhi

Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra is one of the most holy journeys to the Himalaya Mountain to visit Kedarnath and Badrinath Temples. Around 1200 year old Kedarnath Templeis a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Kedarnath is seen as a homogenous form of Shiva, the 'Lord of Kedarkhand', the historical name of the region. We will also visit to the Badrinath or Badrinarayana Temple is also a Hindu temple dedicated to lord Vishnu. It is situated in the town of Badrinath. The temple is also one of the 108 DivyaDesams dedicated to Vishnu - holy shrines for Vaishnavas - who is worshipped as Badrinath.Due to extreme weather conditions, the temples are open to the general public only between the months of April and November. The Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra starts are ends at Delhi airport and it also includes a visit to the holy city Haridwar and the world Yoga capital Rishikesh.

Detailed Itinerary for Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra( 08 Days )

Day 01 Arrive Delhi Arrive at Delhi international airport and meet our company representative at the arrival hall. We will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
Delhi is the national capital of India and one of the busiest cities in India.

Day 02 Delhi to Haridwar (5 hour drive/220 kilometers)
Today we will leave for Haridwar, one of the Hindu holy places and a center of Hindu religion and mysticism for centuries. The town is located on the bank of the River Ganges.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and later in the afternoon visit the Chandi Devi temple.
In the evening return to Hari Ki Pauri for the daily Aarti ceremony at the bank of the Holy River Ganges.

Day 03 Haridwar to Gaurikund (8 hour drive/220 kilometers)
Early in the morning take a dip into the river Ganga and later check-out from the hotel and drive to Gaurikund. On the way visit to Devprayag, (Photoshop only) and other beautiful holy places.
Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and relax.

Day 04 Trek to Kedarnath Temple (19 kilometres one way)
Early in the morning leave for Kedarnath trek. You can hire Ponny ride or Porter at your own or trek 19 Km to reach the temple. Upon arrival visit to the temple and later return back to Gaurikud for overnight stay.

Day 05 Gaurikund to Badrinath (8 hour drive/220 kilomters)
After breakfast drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti.Badrinath: One of the 'Four Dhams' is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name "Badri van", meaning "forest of berries".

Day 06 Badrinath to Rishikesh (10 hour drive/300 kilometers)
After early morning Pooja, check-out from the hotel and drive down to Rishikesh.
Upon arrival in Rishikesh, check-in to the hotel and later in the evening witness the Ganga Aarti at TriveniGhat.

Day 07 Rishikesh to Delhi (5 hour drive /240 kilometers)
After breakfast in the hotel, we will leave for a tour in Rishikesh visiting Ram Jhula, LaxmanJhula, TriveniGhat, Swarg Ashram, and ParmarthNiketan.
In the afternoon, check-out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi.
Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel.

Day 08 Departure
Today on time, transfer to Delhi international airport to board the flight to onward journey.
