Detailed Itinerary for Taj Mahal and Shimla Tour( 06 Day )

Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive at Delhi international airport and meet our company representative at the arrival hall. We will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
Delhi is the national capital of India and one of the busiest cities in India.

Day 02Delhi to Shimla (4 hour train journey & 3 hour drive)
Early in the morning we will transfer you to New Delhi railway station to board an express train to Kalka, the nearest train station from Shimla. Enjoy the Indian rail journey in one of the best express trains in India. Breakfast will be served in the train. It is a 4 hour train journey that will take you through the beautiful Indian Villages and farm lands.
Upon arrival in Kalka, our drive will receive you from the train station and transfer to Shimla.
Shimlais a beautiful hill station established by the British as their summer capital. Suring summer the town remain cool under the shadows of big pine trees. During winter you can enjoy the view of beautiful snow-capped mountain range.

Day 03Day to explore Shimla
A beautiful day waits for you to enjoy the gifts of the nature. We will take you to the nearby towns Naldehra and Kufri where you can enjoy the bridal walks through the mountains or enjoy the horse ride.
In the evening, walk on the famous Mall road of Shimla to buy the small souvenirs and taste the local stall foods.

Day 04 Shimla to Kalka (3 hour drive) and Train to Delhi (4 hour Journey)
After leisurely breakfast, enjoy the beautiful morning with overlooking at the sunrise on the mountains.
Later check-out from the hotel and drive down to Kalka train station to board the train to Delhi.
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in.

Day 05 Delhi to Agra (4 hour drive/220 kilometers)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Agra, located at the bank of River Yamuna was known then as Akbarabād during Mughal Empire and remained the capital of the Mughal Empire under the Emperors till 1689.
Upon arrival in Agra, check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit to the Agra Fort; also known as the Red Fort is a world heritage site listed by UNESCO.
Later in the evening visit to theTajMahal at Sunset. Shah Jahan built this beautiful monument in the memory of his beloved wife MumtazMahal.

Day 06Agra to Delhi (4 hour drive/220 kilometers) & Departure
After having leisurely breakfast in the hotel, return back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, check-in to the hotel and proceed for Delhi city tour visiting to Raj Ghat; the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. JamaMasjid; built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Further, we will drive-pass through Red Fort; a beautiful red sandstone fort built by the Mughals. Finish your tour with drive pass through India Gate, SansadBhavan (Parliament of India) and RashtrapatiBhava (Presidents House).
In the evening, transfer to Delhi International airport to board the flight to onwards journey.
